Roles and Responsibilities: Current : • Manage cyber Security Incidents through all phases of the incident management life-cycle. • Coordinate the CSIRT efforts across multiple business units during response. • Developing processes and procedures to improve security operations functions, incident response times, analysis of incidents, and overall SOC functions. • Develop scripts, processes and content to improve response capabilities. • Research industry trends, identify ongoing security threats, analyze new security testing tools, and provide recommendations on the need and usefulness of services and/or products. • Hiring and training a very highly skilled and motivated Engineers Past : Responsible for overall Network and Security Operations, implementations and Post implementation audits; Specialization in Managing Juniper Firewall, F5 LTM, SIEM, Security Incident Management. • Dexterously Manage all network and security issues of the organization ensuring timely resolution without breaching SLA. • Ensure Firmware upgrades on all Network and Security devices, Resource allocation, Mentoring new hire, Recruitment. • Invoking DDOS mitigation plan during DDOS. • Vendor management – Involving various Vendors like Cisco, Juniper, F5 and ISP vendors • Managing shift Roaster of the team, resource allocation for various projects • Driving outage call involving various stakeholder and ensure outage resolved ASAP. • Ensure technical solutions are designed for performance, reliability, scalability, maintainability, supportability, business continuity & business agility while leveraging industry’s best practices • Collaborate with the team members and senior management to maintain a continuous stream of information regarding the present status of systems and overall network • Conduct timely audits and monitoring activities with detailed reporting and analysis • Implementation of Firewall, Load Balancer and IDS/IPS
