About Mahesh Vaidya
Mahesh Vaidya is the CEO of ISIT AE. He is responsible for bringing innovative storage and security solutions to the Middle East to help customers store and secure their digital assets. His duties also include executing ISIT’s vision of becoming synonymous with Information Storage and Security in the Middle East.Mahesh has pioneered numerous solutions in the Middle East; including Heterogeneous Backup, Heterogeneous Clustering and Host based replication, Archiving, Data Deduplication,Electronic Tape Vaulting, Data base archiving, Storage as a Service, Compliance, Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems etc.Mahesh has ample IT experience with over 21 years of consultative selling of IT solutions, and 15 experience architecting state of the art storage and security solutions catered to suite customers’ individual needs. He is the Chairman of the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) Middle East. Vaidya has lived in the Middle East for 16 years. Vaidya’s leisure interests include martial arts – where he has earned a black belt and Yoga. He is the founder of \"Holistic Yoga\" a non profit organisation teaching Yoga and encouraging a healthy life style
