   In this role, I lead the Procurement function for the Electrical Home appliances, overseeing end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations. Directing Product Cost Management and conducting comprehensive should cost analyses, I manage the sourcing of Raw Materials and BOPs for various Electric appliances. I am responsible for driving EPR targets under E-waste Management Rules. I supervise an 8-member team, ensuring timely task completion. One of my key responsibilities is developing robust cost-reduction strategies and driving continuous improvement processes in collaboration with operations. I am at the forefront of supplier relationships, performance, and quality. I also participate in strategic supplier contract negotiations and oversee product ordering operations. During my tenure, I\'ve achieved significant milestones that have directly contributed to the bottom line and operational efficiency. Notably, I spearheaded initiatives resulting in a notable 1.5% reduction in costs compared to the previous fiscal year, showcasing my ability to implement effective cost-saving measures.
