In my current role as a Technical Account manager, I am my customer\'s Trusted advisor and responsible to- Ensure all the escalations are channelized through me- Maintain the sanity of my customer Orgs, and, ensure they are technically stable- Ensure the signature offerings they are entitled to are timely delivered- Identify the end goals customer is expecting to achieve through the engagement and plan action items so that they meet their end goals- discuss any new features within the product, plan the release management (thrice a year)- Ensure overall Org gets reviewed for any technical debt and make recommendations with the help of Experts to mitigate/bring down the technical debt- Conducting, Case Review, Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly review of their business- Keeping track of the key events and aligning internal teams to assist during these events.I am responsible to ensure that the customers see value in our engagements.
