Empower and educate the students when the homeroom teacher is not available. This is one way to give back to my school district who have been instrumental in my children\'s education. It also gives me the knowledge of furthering my education of becoming a better facilitator, teacher and coach- Teach students in the Round Rock ISD school from Elementary (Kindergarten-5th) and Middle School (6-8th grades across various subjects and disciplines- Awarded the “Guest Educator of the Year’ during the 20••••21 school year for the McNeil Learning Community during my long-term substitution at the Brushy Creek Elementary school. I taught in-person and virtual - all grade levels, all classes, crossing guard duties, lunchroom and custodial duties as necessary. It was an amazing experience and a joy to see the students and teachers every day.
