With over 7 plus years of experience in the industry, I have successfully led and contributed to several large-scale industrial BIM projects.My expertise lies in implementing lean BIM workflows and utilizing various tools to enhance project efficiency and collaboration. I am dedicated to optimizing the overall project lifecycle from design development and documentation to clash detection and coordination. Through my work, I strive to deliver high-quality MEP services while adhering to industry standards and best practices.Currently, I am part of the NMIAL Design team, working on the prestigious Navi Mumbai International Airport project. This endeavor has allowed me to further enhance my skills and gain invaluable experience in complex and multi-dimensional projects.Previous experiences have also shaped my career, including working with renowned organizations such as L&T Realty, Sunteck Realty, Piramal Realty, and Godrej Properties. These projects have provided me with a diverse range of opportunities to excel in HVAC systems, Plumbing, Electrical & Fire protection.Throughout my career, I have been involved in various responsibilities such as BIM modeling, documentation, family creation, clash detection, and coordination. I am well-versed in utilizing software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Ductsizer, Autosprink, MS Office, Bluebeam, and BIM 360. Additionally, I have a strong understanding of BIM levels of development, including LOD 100, 200, 300, 350, 400, and 500.I am proud to have completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University in 2017. To further enhance my professional development, I have pursued additional professional training in MEP BIM technologies from Grey Edge XSCAD and TWG Group Mumbai.
