I am a lifelong computer science \"technology junkie\" focused on making emerging technologies provide business value for corporations. After completing my Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, my first stop allowed me to continue my research on architectures, patterns, assets and tools for effective software engineering at the University of Iowa focused on Object Oriented Programming. I started my journey at IBM with Object Technology, and have ridden the technology waves of CORBA, e-business, on demand e-business, Service Oriented Architecture, and cloud. I am now focused on making cognitive computing, Internet of Things, and Blockchain technologies relevant to driving transformation and business value for companies. I enjoy being at the tip of the arrow of each technology evolution, driving the innovation and industry best practices that help my clients transform and adopt the relevant technologies to remain competitive in this highly disruptive digital era.
