Leading the Sustainability, Safety, Health and Environment (SSHE) functions for all Bayer divisions (Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health) in South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka). Part of APAC SSHE Leadership Team; leading a competent and diverse team of SSHE professionals in South Asia and responsible for development, implementation and governance of SSHE systems and processes in alignment with the APAC and global strategy. Contributing to APAC sustainability strategy and execution including HSE, environmental sustainability, human rights and community outreach. Ensuring SSHE remains aligned with business and adds value in the roles of:1. Business Partner for Crop Science division in Asia Pacific (APAC) and part of the APAC Product Supply leadership team, and2. Partner to the South Asia Leadership TeamLeading Bayer global road safety program since April 2023.Chaired sessions and provided though leadership at various prestigious industry forums on diverse HSE and sustainability topics. Member of Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)- Sustainability Steering Committee since 2016 and appointed jury member for their Office Safety Award programs for past several years.
