Associated with India’s largest cluster redevelopment project in Mumbai city for the establishment of a captive RMC plant. This project is covering a 16.5-acre expanse, the redevelopment project encompasses over 250 dilapidated buildings, housing 3200 families and 1,250 shops. These structures are being integrated into 11 new state-of-the-art towers, featuring new buildings, spacious roads, modern infrastructure, open areas, and well-connected commercial zones. The project is fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of over people living and working in the neighborhood.Design of concrete mixes (up to M80) for achieving specified strength at specified age and durability by using supplementary cementitious materials has been done at in-house laboratory. Monitoring of ‘real-time’ strength development of the in-place concrete by the \'Maturity\' method was used during concreting of the raft was done in this project. This technology has been used during the casting of Rafts & Transfer Girders for the assessment of the real-time in-situ strength of concrete. This data has been shared with design consultant and used for de-shuttering as well as for casting subsequent pours / layers.Involved with the project right from the conceptualization stage with detailed planning for setting up the plant. Till date round 1.5 Lac cum concrete has been produced from this plant, out of this around 25,750 cum Temperature Controlled Concrete (TCC) is supplied for mass concrete (depth of structure up to 3 m) & around cum Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is supplied for Transfer Girders.
