Develop and implement procurement policies & procedure according to company goals and objectives.· Ensure 100% adherence to policies & procedures for all purchases.· Coordinate with different teams to understand their business requirements.· Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.· Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.· Identify & evaluate profitable vendors and initiate business and organization partnerships.· Approve & finalize all purchase orders and deliveries.· Evaluate existing vendors.· Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.· Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.· Anticipate & mitigate unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.· Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.· Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
