Checked Paint defects like sagging, runs, amine blush, checking, orange peel, dry spray etc. Checked Adhesion of paint meeting standard requirements as per ASTM D3359, ASTM D6677 accordingly after paint cure. Witnessed abrasive blasting and painting for various parts of pumps like bearing housing, gland cover, casing, motor stool, discharge head, bowl etc. before assembly of pump. Maintained 5s and 1s at workplace. Maintained TPM related activities for grit blasting chamber and painting booth. Implemented kaizen and cost saving every month. Hands on experienced in SAP utilize for various transactions like material issuance, BSTR activity, PR related details, tracking of material etc.Received Employee of month for performed improvement in painting like cost saving of paint and grasping vendor failure related to paint defects. Handled various problems related to paint expiry, paint malfunction, blasting booth issues, etc.
