Hello there! I\'m Mahesh Ratnaparkhe, a passionate and results-driven B.Tech student at the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, specializing in Information Technology. Currently maintaining a commendable CGPA of 7.66, I am dedicated to leveraging technology to solve real-world challenges. In my recent project, I delved into the fascinating realm of data science with a focus on Customer Churn Prediction. Through meticulous data analysis, visualization, and the application of machine learning models, I successfully identified key predictors of churn. The impact was substantial, contributing to improved customer lifetime value and the implementation of proactive retention strategies. Another feather in my cap is the development of a real-time multi-object detection and tracking system. Using YOLOv7 and SORT, I created a robust solution capable of accurately identifying and tracking objects in dynamic environments. This project showcased my proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge technologies for practical applications, making it suitable for diverse fields such as video surveillance, autonomous vehicles, and robotics. Proficient in Python, Core Java, and various data science libraries/frameworks, I am well-versed in Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tensorflow, and OpenCV. My skills extend to project management, leadership, public speaking, and effective time management, ensuring I contribute not only technically but also in team dynamics. Beyond the technical realm, my achievements include securing a Gold Medal in the IARE Basketball 2022 Sports Event, attaining a commendable World-Wide Rank of 5617 in TCS Codevita Season 11, and clinching the First Rank with a cash prize of 4k at the IARE METE Project Expo 2023. Actively engaged in extracurricular activities, I am a proud member of Technology Hub (T-Hub), Hyderabad, and have participated in renowned hackathons such as HackOn With Amazon - Season 3 and Flipkart GRiD 5.0. Additionally, I have contributed to societal well-being through participation in the Blood Donation Campaign and involvement in activities organized by the Google Development Student Club (GDSC - IARE).
