Good understanding of Case processing, Triage, MedDRA coding.• Triage of cases for validity and seriousness.• To evaluate and analyze adverse events for its seriousness.• Perform duplicate search Book-in Initial (new) case / follow up to existing referenced case (Local Affiliate Module-LAM) depending upon the duplicate search results in Argus Affiliate.• Data entry of mandatory information into Argus Affiliate (AA.)• Upload source documents and AE form in Argus Affiliate, as applicable.• Self/ Peer Quality Check (QC) of the cases before routing to central processing (As applicable). Complete the daily case tracking spreadsheet with LAM ID and details as applicable.• Transfer the case to Central site / Case processing team. Other Activities• Handling of queries received from the central processing sites regarding discrepancies in Source Documents, Adverse event (AE)form and / or Argus affiliate.• Send follow up requests to COs, if required (via queries and action items)• Responsible for management and timely submission of serious/non-serious cases in order to achieve the 100% compliance.
