Worked on DFMEA, VAVE, Benchmarking of BIW parts. Co-ordinate with other department such as CAE, CDMM, VI and VALIDATION TEAM. Exposure to manufacturing process as worked on Design and development of sheet metal dies. Worked on Designing Trim Die, Form Die, Flange and Progressive Tool Etc. in single station, Multi station and Tandem dies of sheet metal parts. Worked on documentation such as Method plan for coordination with simulation team. Having basic knowledge of Autoform Forming Simulation Software, like Draw setup, die facecreation, addendum, blank optimization, draw results.
