Development of Processes of different types of technical molecules (Herbicide) like, Pyroxasulfone, Ethiprole, Synthesis of using Nobel metal catalyst under hydrogen pressure 2,5-Dichloro Aniline (Dicamba Intermediate), Improve chiral ratio of 5 CIHE (Indoxacarb intermediate) using Salan Ligand catalyst get 99% ee, 2,3 dichloro 6-nitro aniline, Fluroxypyr Meptyl, Single process development of PEKK (Polymer) for all grade with consistence molecular weight and good thermal stability.Development of cost-effective process in terms of minimization of raw material consumption, replacement of water-based process into solvent base to minimize the effluents, yield improvements.Knowledge of effluents treatment as per COD, BOD, TDS.Knowledge of Multi-step synthesis of organic molecules from milligram to gram scale, also monitoring reaction progress by using TLC, GC, HPLC and knowledge purification techniques.Analysed and resolve research issues in a timely with the help of IR, NMR & LC-MS.Preparation of technical reports and presentations as require related to projects-coordinate closely with process team for successful scale up of R&D processes pilot and plantHands on experience on scientific literature searching tools (Reaxys, Scifinder) for good product achievementSearching, Reading and understanding patents.Effective co-ordinate with internal departments and Experimental data write in e-lab notebookArrangement of laboratory chemicals, apparatus and instruments. Hands on expertise on the unit process like Nitration, Formylation, Hydrogenation, Ligand Preparation, Friedel-Crafts acylation, Chlorination, esterification, Sulfonation, Diazotization, Hydrolysis and Condensation polymerization, Halex reaction, Classical analysis like Organic and Inorganic chloride, SAP value, Potentiometric titration and Acid Base titration, Karl-Fischer Titrator.
