Relationship Manager – Infrastructure Finance Group (IFG)HDFC Bank Key Roles & Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with large infrastructure clients including EPC contractors, developers, and government-linked entities.Credit Assessment & Structuring: Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and structure tailor-made solutions for complex infrastructure projects.Product Offerings: Handle a wide array of financial products – Term Loans, Working Capital (CC/OD), Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Equipment Financing, Securitization, and Structured Finance solutions.Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage asset quality, ensure timely renewals, documentation, and limit utilization across the portfolio.Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams like credit, legal, operations, and compliance for smooth execution and delivery of services.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and sector-specific opportunities to proactively address client needs.Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory norms on credit, operations, and compliance. Sector Focus: Roads, Power, Urban Infrastructure, Railways, Ports, Renewable Energy, and other public-private infrastructure projects.
