ABOUT MAHESH KONDEPATI

I am a Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM®) with over 13 years of experience in clinical data management, data analysis, and project leadership. My expertise includes leading cross-functional teams, driving the end-to-end implementation of clinical trial data management processes. Apart from being a Data Management Lead at Parexel, as an Associate Manager I led a team of 14 direct reports, overseeing over 30 clinical studies, consistently ensuring first-time quality and achieving a 100% hit rate for on-time milestone deliverables.In the past, I have actively pursued digital transformation in clinical trials via initiatives such as, automated response assessment reports, custom missing pages reports, and subject status trackers developed contributing to significant cost savings and process efficiency. My passion lies in leveraging data to optimize processes, and contribute to the industry\'s shift towards data science applications. To leap forward in this direction, I took a strategic career break in Jan 2024 to pursue a Master\'s in Applied Data Science. I am confident that this decision will empower me to lead and accelerate the adoption of AI in the clinical trial industry, alleviating pain points in day-to-day operations and ultimately contributing to a better work-life balance for clinical trial professionals while keeping patients benefits at the core —a factor pivotal to the industry\'s success.I am always eager to explore opportunities to advance clinical research through cutting edge technology adoption.
