Serving as MEP Inspector for Mumbai Metro Line 3 underground project (MMRC)- Actively contributed to the successful commissioning of Phase-1 (9 stations) and Phase-2B (6 stations), with direct involvement in 10 stations across Package-07, Package-05, and Package-04- Issuing NCRs and Site Inspection Reports as per site conditions and actively attending clients and contractors\' meetings for issue resolution and progress discussions- Reviewing and analyzing drawings, material submittals, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and method statements for compliance with project specifications and standards- Verifying and checking as-built drawings submitted by contractors to ensure alignment with site executions and project requirements- Reviewing BIM models and COBie data for ensuring compliance and integration with the Common Asset Management System (CAMS)- Coordinating electro-mechanical activities on site and ensuring proper integration with other systems to avoid service clashes- Witnessing mock-ups for E&M systems and granting clearance for execution after verifying compliances- Supervising ongoing site installations and conducting inspections of incoming materials to ensure quality, proper documentation, and specification compliance- Witness PAT, Functional Test, and SAT/Integration test of E&M systems- Technical Review of Construction Reference Design Drawings (CRD), Working Reference Design Drawings (WRD), Functional Design Specification (Operation and Control Philosophy) of E&M System with reference to Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Design, Lighting Control System, ITESS/XPESS, Tunnel MEP Design.
