Identify different stress packages from customer specifications and understand the specific requirement from customer. •Performs piping flexibility analysis for critical piping systems during preliminary design and detailed design phase of Project till IFC•Able to check the sagging in piping system, displacemnts in supports, nozzle qualification, overstress Points in system and balacing the system as per International code and Standards like ASME B31.3, 31.1, EN13480 and BS7159 Code. •Very good and in-depth Knowledge of stress analysis software’s like Caesar II from 2014 Version onwards with different piping systems in Oil and Gas, Refinary and Combustio Packges pipings which included Column Piping, Pipe Rack Piping, Pump Piping, IBR Piping, Jacketed Piping, Skid Mounted Piping. •Performing high temperature ducting analysis about 600 Deg C plus temperature and maximum upto 2 m diameter ducting system including saddle support design, lifting lug design for ducting system as per ASME B31.3 as well as EN13480 Code.•Deal with Metalic and Fabric Expansion bellow Design in piping system and generating MR document of Bellow and close co-ordination with vendor for the bellow design and Manufacturing. •Evaluation of local load analysis in WRC as well as Nozzle Pro analysis. •Able to perform Flange leakage analysis and detailed flange analysis in CAESAR II as per Peq Method as well as ASME Section Div 1 Appendix 2 Method.•Spring hanger design for vertical loads and frictional loads in operating conditions and able to generate the MR and Datasheet of Spring Hanger and co-ordination with Spring Vendor as well as 3D Model team for the spring design and Model / type of springs. •Perform the Local component analysis like FE Bend, FE Trunnion support, Non standrd TEE FE Analysis in Nozzle Pro software. •Able to perform the wind and Seismic Calculation as per Project specifications and site location as per International codes and standards and design of load cases of Stress systems with the combination of various cases likes Sustain, Operating, Design, Working – Stand by case, Hanger Case, PSV Pop up case, Occasional Cases. •Able to do Piping Trunnion Design by kerlog Method, PSV Pop up Condition as per API Code 526, Column Skirt temperature Expansion analysis, Welding Strength Calculation. •Special category of Material Database creation in CAESAR II from the Material properties taken from ASME Section II D. •Review of Isometric, Piping Layout drawing and clearing for IFC Approval.
