ABOUT MAHESH CHANDRASEKARAN

I bring 13+ years of experience delivering quality excellence in medical device manufacturing working in highly regulated, cGMP environments. My work sits at the intersection of quality, manufacturing, and supplier governance (including Contract manufacturers) where I have led complex initiatives spanning quality (supplier & operations), risk management/analysis, new process development & continuous improvement. I am particularly experienced in take pride in driving measurable outcomes while building quality systems that are robust, scalable, and sustainable with established focus on stabilizing & improving supplier performance, leading CAPA and complaint investigations, implementing / strengthening risk-based controls, and embedding quality-by-design principles into product realization and manufacturing operations. Adaptability driven by curiosity has been the defining theme of my career, the road I have always been on and the path that has shaped my professional identity. I am a learner with a relentless drive for excellence and a deep commitment to quality—both professionally and personally. This journey has lead me across disciplines, industries, and geographies, and shaping a perspective grounded in quality, continuous improvement, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making.My career has taken me from working with different clients across many cities in India to moving halfway across the world to Puerto Rico, collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have taught me patience, resilience, and a practical, calm approach to solving problems. These experiences have instilled endurance, composure, and a pragmatic, systems-level approach to problem-solving.As a leader, I am motivated to create and sustain smart-working, transparent, and collaborative environments. I value teams that are engaged, upbeat, and aligned around shared goals, and I believe strong quality cultures are built through trust, clarity, and consistent execution.I am currently focused on earning experience and working towards a senior quality leadership role, where I can influence quality strategy, governance, and organizational impact at scale.
