As a PhD holder in Agricultural Extension Education, with over 32 years of experience in agricultural education, research and field extension services, I have been a Principal Scientist and Head of Extension Education at the ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI). I have coordinated research, teaching, and field extension services for agricultural development, with a focus on organic farming, social networking & gender research. I have contributed to multiple publications, projects, and blogs in the field of agriculture, and have enabled the dissemination of innovative and sustainable practices to farmers and other stakeholders. I am passionate about enhancing the productivity, profitability, and resilience of the agricultural sector, and empowering the rural communities through skilling them.
