Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents for all plants. Collect and analyze data to work on improvement and innovation. And maintain better flows within and across all departments and generate efficient output. Defect and NC reduction to make process smooth. Conduct RCCA and 8D on Critical issues Prioritize and develop projects based on critical needs. Conduct trials for new product & process development Preparing Bill of Material, Bill of Tooling, and ensuring optimum utilization of inventory. Developing the tools, installation of machines & communication with vendor. Involve with production team to achieve production target. Preparation of Project action plan with timeline and submit with Management team. Product and Process Trouble shooting Preparing New Product SOP/Data sheet and Work Instruction New FRP pultrusion Machine inspection, installation, Product Validation. Work with all Indore group plants to resolve technical issue in product/process
