Working as a senior engineer in the Audience Studio team at Salesforce, its a Data Management Platform to collect, segment and activate first, second and third-party audience data from any source including online, offline, and mobile to various activation partners. Led the redesign and implementation of Third Party Data Ingestion Module composing of several data pipelines and map reduce jobs which deal with user and segment data while ensuring CCPA compliance. The module ingests around 50TB of data with an excess of 250K+ computer hours on AWS per day from various high volume third party data providers. Striving towards low failure rates, high availability, minimal latency for all our critical jobs by ensuring capacity optimisations and fleet management changes. Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior engineers in the team
