   As part of the Amazon Core Shopping organization (i.e, Account Creation/Sign-in, Home, Navigation, Product Detail, Offer Comparison, Cart, Checkout, and Thank You), I lead multiple products within the Amazon.com Buying experience. As a product owner, I am accountable for: 1) overall product vision, strategy, ideation, usability study, market experiments, road map, designing, building, delivering and launching fast and fun shopping experiences; 2) improving engineering and operational excellence, increasing automation, decreasing bot attacks, and launching zero defect software; 3) market and product category expansion, escalation management, resourcing; 4) crafting senior leadership level documents, leading product reviews and status reporting with SVP’s, VP’s, director levels. I innovated, leading a high performing team of 20+ engineers, SDM, data scientists, economist, designers, QA’s, TPMs to invent, build and ship 1) an all-new Invite-Only Deal for Buzzworthy and popular deals for Amazon’s Prime Day 2023; 2) High Demand Products to help prevent inventory shortages and price gouging caused by robot traffic for most popular items (e.g: PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X). The invite based experience is available in various market places. Together these Products were viewed as an industry game changer and net new innovation from Amazon solving years of customer challenges while shopping at Amazon.
