Led complete Engineering & Projects function for Fluoro Chemical Business, and Operation & Maintenance of Captive Power Plant with grid connectivity. Team: 210 personnel, 1200 project workers; Reporting to: Works Head (Sr. VP). Provided end to end Engineering support of Mechanical & Utility, E&I and Civil to process plants i.e. HFC-134a TPA), HFC-134a Pharma TPA),TCE/PCE plant TPA), CMS ( TPA), HFC-32, HFC-125 & AHF TPA). Meticulously provided Technical & Functional Leadership, ensuring smooth plant operations, minimized unplanned downtime by predictive & preventive Maintenance, failure analysis, asset management, preparing annual operating plans/ budgets, Spare inventory management, vendor management, Quality & HSE Compliance. Proficiently implemented maintenance schedules for plant machinery, conducting periodic checks, ensuring continuous process improvement and managing technical documents for the same. Projects: Successfully executed & commissioned Rs. 600 Cr. Projects in last 3-1/2 years: AHF TPA)| CMS TPA), Best Project award | 20 MW Power Plant | CaCl2 plant 300 TPD | HFC-32 (7500 TPA)| R-125 TPA) plant relocation from Mexichem UK, completed refurbishment of all the equipment and achieved vertical start up. Effectively handled Multi-Disciplinary work of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Safety, Environment & Process, execution, commissioning, HAZOP study, Budgeting, costing, Planning, Scheduling, Refurbishment, Quality monitoring, Technical Evaluation of offers, Procurement of material and equipment, 3-D review, Liaison with consultants/Regulatory agencies and contractors. Hands on experience of MS Projects and able to budget, analyze the cost variance and MIS reporting. Also had been to China and Manchester, UK for Various Projects. Worked with Detailed Engineering Consultants like Mott Macdonald and Jacobs for the deliverables of project.
