Highlighted Projects: Worked on a Pioneering FLX-Drive technology - the world’s first 100% ‘Battery Electric heavy-haul locomotive project. for Energy storage capacity of 8 MWh and Traction Power of 3.2 MW (Link: Wabtec FLX-Drive Loco). Worked on architecture of ‘Liquid Cooling technology’ to optimise energy output and maximise safety, reliability, and performance of Battery Packs. ‘Bolted Joints Calculator’ to analyse fasteners in system. Developed Procedures to handle Battery packs at the phase of Thermal runaway. Directed and coordinated a diverse team across regions to implement continuously improvising Kaizen methodologies, to improve production efficiency consistently.Roles and Responsibilities: Partnered with the AI & Engineering Lab to incorporate AI-driven automation into project design and optimisation. Track the Life cycle of cells, banks and Strings. Designed using CAD tools and Analysed the structures for robust design solutions Developed and maintained DFMEA for ensuring product reliability and safety. Lead Verification and Validation analysis of Battery Packs by developing Testing plans by adhering to IEC-62928, EN, UN 38.8 and UL standards. Developed Quality standards for procuring components from Global Suppliers.
