Coordinate with clients and understand the usability requirements of the product. Conduct input studies, collect data, and select appropriate materials such as plastic, metal, and rubber. Perform static and thermal flow simulations with electronic cooling for product analysis. Develop cost-effective and timely robust designs for new, special, or existing products. Possess knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, including injection, castings, and machining. Coordinate with design engineers across multiple sites in Europe and the USA. Prepare mechanical drawings, perform thermodynamic analysis, and create detailed drawings and assembly models using 2D and 3D CAD software. Conduct detailed mechanical design using SolidWorks, perform trade studies, and conduct tolerance analysis. Build rapid prototypes, conduct trials, and create comprehensive learning reports. Attend training sessions on industry standards such as NEMA 250, IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60529, and IEC 61010.
