Project OverviewLifePoint provides healthcare services and uses Salesforce primarily for managing their sales process and as a Patient Relationship Management system. They have leads coming in through various channels which are uploaded via demand-tools and a web-to-lead form for creating leads directly via the website. Upon discharge of patients from healthcare facilities, cases are created in Salesforce which are then used to service the patients. Responsibilities• Collaborating with business to gather requirements and converting them into technical designs.• Developed a custom solution for Patient Relationship Management on top of force.com platform which includes developing custom screens with LWC & Apex and automations using Triggers and Flows. • Built Apex Rest services, which are consumed by first party system (internal application) for pushing Patient discharge summaries in salesforce.• Developed web-to-lead forms to be placed on company’s website for creating leads in Salesforce.• Integrated outlook with salesforce.• Implemented duplicate rules for Leads and Accounts.• Worked on creating a highly configurable solution for sending escalation emails based on a set of rules.• Built reports and dashboards for sales reporting.
