Previously I was working on the smart glasses Ray bans stories product and help launched the first version.I am a highly motivated, skilled Product Manager in the Software Industry- I am extremely passionate about technology and the impact technology has on people all over the world. What inspires me the most is how as a product manager I have the pivotal role of ensuring the right problems are being addressed for customers. I love to story tell and believe that a good Product Manager is the voice of the customer and the ultimate advocate for the customer.Previous experience-Product Manager 2 on Microsoft Teams Calling Meeting and Devices Team. I owned meeting chat and channel meetings helping teams MAU grow-In my time at Microsoft I have gained experience working cross functionally with engineering teams as the main product manager to release a V1 launch of a product deployed on Azure Web Apps. As a product manager I am passionate about working with customers, understanding their pain points, gathering data to validate assumptions, deriving hypothesis, and writing thorough documentation and specs to collaborate stakeholders, and engineering teams. In my experiences I have learned how empathy aids in building the best solution for a problem that really matters- Prior to being a Product Manager I worked on a global team as a supply chain program manager to deliver xbox accessories to our customers globally. I worked with multi million dollar suppliers, and created the right inventory strategies to ensure that the products were being built and delivered at the right time. This role allowed me to understand product life cycles, demand and supply, data analysis, financial impact and how to work on a global team- Outside of work I am an avid traveler and have traveled to over 20 countries, I am passionate about volunteering abroad and have done so in Guatemala and Kenya- Specialties: Product Management, Cross functional work, agile development, OKR\'s, KPIs, data driven Decisions, SAP, Customer Mapping, Specs, Communication, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Excel.    Currently a PM in Ads working on CAPI (conversion API) products to grow data signal between the advertiser and meta.Previously was the PM on Meta Ray Ban Glasses• PM owning all of capture (taking a picture) and utilities (weather, time and date, location services etc) features on smart glasses, ensuring retention and MAU goals are being met with both feature areas.• Launching features on existing hardware device in market and next gen hardware device with a go to market date of 2023Previous Work:• Spearheaded key product strategy on effective data collection thus enabling an increase in ROI of data collections along with reduction of collection readiness time from 14 weeks to 4 weeks along with a fairness collaboration to enrich data diversity.• Published the very first comprehensive Assistant Data Quality Strategy outlining the 4 largest challenges within the data lifecycle resulting in low data quality. Proposed prioritized and sized solutions and a roadmap for H123.• Drove the execution of the Synthetic data workstream across multiple product lines and 4 modeling teams (yielding in exceeding a reduction in reliance on live traffic from 100% to 0.05% on all domains on Oculus • Launched the LEDO (Label Error Detection Overwrite) workstream to enable error detection for increased model quality. he NLU data auditing process can be optimized by Identifying 19-32% additional errors in datasets, thus reducing overall auditing needs by 32-39%.
