I am passionate about understanding how technology can streamline business operations and improve efficiency across organizations.Currently, I am working at factoHR Solutions, an AI-powered Human Resource Management System (HRMS) platform that helps organizations automate and manage their entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding, payroll, attendance, and compliance to performance management and employee engagement. factoHR serves millions of employees and enables businesses to simplify HR processes, improve productivity, and ensure statutory compliance through a unified digital platform.Through my role at factoHR, I am gaining hands-on experience in business research, client communication, partnership development, and understanding HR technology solutions.
