Rising 2L J.D. candidate at Loyola University Chicago School of Law with experience in investment management and corporate law. Prior to law school, I worked at Ropes & Gray LLP, where I supported attorneys in advising registered investment companies with over $100 billion in assets under management. I assisted in the review of SEC filings, including registration statements, shareholder reports, and proxy statements for major transactions, such as Franklin Templeton’s acquisition of Putnam Investments. Additionally, I contributed to the launch of mutual funds, including the Calamos Antetokounmpo Sustainable Equities Fund. This summer, I will be a Legal Intern at Verizon, where I look forward to gaining hands-on experience in corporate and regulatory matters while further exploring my interests in technology, data privacy, and the evolving intersection of law and innovation.
