I am a Graduate Engineering Trainee at HCLTech, where I apply my engineering and HR skills to support various projects and initiatives. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where I excelled academically and received multiple honors and awards. Before joining HCLTech, I worked as a Human Resources Associate at Debales AI, an AI development company. I successfully hired and onboarded talented professionals in roles such as Content Writer, Product Manager, Customer Support, QA, and International Sales Agent. I also enhanced employee engagement and retention by creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, tracking metrics, and facilitating communication. I am passionate about continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and practices. I have obtained several certifications and endorsements that demonstrate my expertise and dedication to my work. I am also proficient in public speaking, which enables me to present and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to foster productive and positive teams, and contribute to the growth and success of HCLTech and its clients.
