As part of FC Ops support team, managed, and directed ticket queue and UAT’s in a timely manner. Supported network projects and leveraged my knowledge and experience to train new team members and support peers with different prospective of business. • To accelerate time, took initiative and worked with teams to create a Tableau Report. As a result, the report viewed and used by VP level. Also, with collaboration created a SME tool. which increase efficiency and maintain SOX compliance. • To improve efficiency designed and created new multi pick cart flagging process to identify route and to increase visibility of cart numbers from a distance. This has reduced safety incidents by 1%, improve OTS success by 3% and increase team member moral. • In OB took 5S initiative to improve mod cleanliness and to process damages. This has reduce safety incidents by 5%. This has also saved housekeeping time by 20 hours a day (a cost savings of $97,200 a year). • In Inventory Control took 5S initiative to revitalize damage and donation process. Overall, this process helped to increase donation trailer rotation process by 50%.
