Created and implemented Vision and Mission of the leadership development program. The Sprint employee exclusive program runs yearly September to May and has 250 national and international top performer participants each year. The participants are selected in a rigorous selection process and less than 1% of employees qualify. Other participants/stakeholders are 250 mentors, 250 managers, alumni and Sprint executives-Reinvigorated a fragmented organization and successfully turned it around -Grew the organization by 40%, reduced the employee turnover rate by 90%, and significantly enhanced all stakeholders engagement for a more impactful experience-Restructured the organization so change implementation is easier, and processes are streamlined -Oversaw 150 staff (Officers, Small Group Leads, Core Team Leads, Volunteers)-Recruited 130 volunteers and successfully placed them in fulfilling positions-Partnered with Sprint executives, HR, VP and Director sponsors to ensure program continuity
