I am an automotive engineering executive with more than 20 years of experience owning vehicle-level strategy, execution, and industrialization for global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. My career has been built on accountability: accountability for vehicle performance, for first-of-kind technology launches, for regulatory compliance, and for delivering complex programs on time, at cost, and at scale.I operate at the vehicle-integration and chief-engineer level, where engineering decisions directly impact brand reputation, financial outcomes, and customer trust. I have led advanced safety systems, ADAS (L2+), braking and chassis architectures, powertrain integration, NVH, durability, and certification across high-volume North American and global platforms. I am most often asked to step in when programs face elevated complexity, compressed timelines, or significant execution risk.Today, I serve in a senior technical leadership role at Stellantis, where I own end-to-end vehicle execution and industrialization for flagship vehicle programs. I act as a primary escalation leader for cross-functional integration, launch readiness, and executive decision-making, aligning engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers under a single execution plan. I am trusted by senior leadership to resolve issues that sit at the intersection of technology, organization, and business impact.Across my career, I have delivered landmark programs, including Stellantis’ first ADAS L2+ system, next-generation powertrain architectures, and globally adopted brake system strategies. I have also built and scaled engineering organizations, stabilized teams during transformation, reduced attrition, and implemented governance models that improve transparency, risk control, and executive confidence.My leadership style is direct, disciplined, and results-driven.
