As a mechanical engineer with a passion for technology, I pursued a career in IT recruiting after graduating from ISL Engineering College in 2021. I joined Staff Ship Services and IT Solutions on May 2023 as a Global and domestic recruiter who has recently joined a new company, I can say that my experience thus far has been both exciting and challenging. Joining a new organization is always a mix of anticipation and enthusiasm, as well as a learning curve. Here are some key points about my experience: Getting Acquainted with the Company Building Relationships Learning the Industry Assessing Current Processes Market Research In my previous roles, I gained valuable experience in recruiting OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B candidates for training and placement, as well as direct hires for experienced consultants. I also developed strong skills in cold calling, database management, negotiation, and communication. I enjoy working with a diverse team of professionals and contributing to the success of the organization. My goal is to continue learning and growing as an IT Recruiter and provide quality service to both clients and candidates.
