As Director of Product at VERSES, I am responsible for managing the development and delivery of the company\'s product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, I drive product strategy, create roadmaps, and oversee the product development process from ideation to launch. Key responsibilities: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy, including product roadmaps and feature prioritization. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product meets the company\'s technical requirements and is delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with design teams to ensure that the product is user-friendly and meets customer needs. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap. Develop pricing and packaging strategies for the product. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product performance against them. Communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders and customers. In my current role as a Research Expert on the Ethics Board at VERSES, I am responsible for contributing to the discussions and decision-making processes related to the ethical implications of artificial intelligence (AI) development and deployment within the company. Leveraging my research skills, I constantly stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and challenges in AI and ethics, which helps me to inform our board\'s guidance and recommendations.
