ABOUT MAHASIN FATIMA

I am a driven and curious law student with a strong interest in Corporate Law, ADR, and Intellectual Property Rights. Through internships at institutions like the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad, I’ve gained valuable exposure to institutional arbitration, mediation training programs, and real-time dispute resolution. This hands-on experience has helped me develop a solid foundation in legal research, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.Earlier, I had the opportunity to intern with an arbitral tribunal, where I engaged in case-related research and deepened my understanding of arbitration proceedings. These experiences have fuelled my interest in alternative dispute resolution and the larger intersection of law, business, and innovation.Alongside my academic journey, I’ve had the privilege of being part of award-winning teams in moot and mediation competitions, which have further strengthened my practical understanding of dispute resolution and honed my communication and negotiation skills.I am committed to continuous learning and growth, and I believe in the law’s potential to create meaningful impact. I hope to build a career that merges my interests in dispute resolution and corporate law while contributing meaningfully to the legal community.I’m always open to connecting with legal professionals, exchanging ideas, and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
