Hands on experience in Tolerance Stack up analysis, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD & T), Product Design (conceptual and redesign), creating component Manufacturing drawings, Assembly drawings, Layout drawings and Structural analysis. Expertise in Master Modeling concepts using Unigraphics. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to trouble shoot and effectively handle projects. Certified at Cyient Ltd for “6-Sigma Black belt”. Certified “Value Methodology Associate” Cert no:#20•••••08. Published a Tech paper with IRJET on “Process improvement in the design and development of Gas turbine Rotor disk”.
