Currently, working on 360M North City Pure Water Facility & Pump Station project. Recently finished 60M ‘City of Oceanside, Advanced Water Purification Facility Project’ at Oceanside, CA. • Managed the startup for Advanced Water Purification Facility Building. • Prepared the Startup submittal, startup schedule, Training schedule and made startup checklist for the startup. • Coordinated the vendor scheduling for Installation checks, field testing, System Startups signoffs. • Worked on a Loop Checks with a programmer and owner and witnessed Factory Testing for the Control Panels. • Successfully handled Startup services for Waste-Water of the current project. • Maintained entire startup documentation by maintaining separate binders for each system with essential paperwork. • Recorded and edited the manufacturer training videos and furnished to the Owner. • Operated/Helped/Learned the Pure Water Oceanside Plant through SCADA system. • Assisted manufacturers in UVAOP Testing, Chlorine Tracer Study, 48-hour performance testing. • Furnished Spare parts for the project and transmitted to the City/Owner • Generated Change Orders worth more than 1 million dollars of work. • Reviewed and submitted l00+ Submittals on Mechanical Equipment’s, Plumbing, Piping, Fire Protection, and HVAC, etc. • Created, reviewed, and responded to 60+ RFI’s (Request For Information) on this project. • Made 50+ Purchase Orders and Letter of Intent (LOI) on Equipment’s, Rentals, Supplies, Tools, Sand, Asphalt, Aggregate, etc. • Prepared Work Plans for Secondary Clarifier, Sludge Collectors, Pumps, Pipe Supports, Slide Gates, Chain of Flights Install, etc. • Hands-on experience on the FRP Ducts/NSF piping systems, and FRP Tanks. • Made Subcontract drafts, T&M Agreement drafts and monitored T&M work on site. • Negotiated Subcontract amount with the HVAC, and Fire Protection Subcontractors. • Maintained As-Build drawings, and specifications and posted CM on site. • Performed accurate Buyout takeoff.
