Taking care of warehouse management and logistics, RTV, IST and dispatch in pan India. Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are meet. work with procurement managers and buyers to source the right products at time. Review and ensure stock is in-warded into the warehouse at the option level as per plan /TAT. Work out order placement timelines based on actual sales, sales forecast Work closely with the category teams to ensure the purchasing plan is aligned with the sales plan. Will be responsible for improvements to inventory management processes Support effective vendor management and supply chain planning and highlight changes. Collaborate with vendors and sales team to analyze current trends and production needs. Responsible for all Inward and outward activity at store warehouse. Handling Over 10lac+ units of inventory. Proper management of stocks on WH for Defective & Damage control. To ensure proper in-warding & Out-warding of stocks at warehouse. Follow-up with import team for proper availability of stocks on time. Control over defective, negative inventory & shrinkage. Daily GC of all products (Inventory counting process). Maintaining SOP registers on daily basis as per the company norms. Monitoring the Stock transfer materials to clear GIT with other warehouse and stores. Preparing discrepancy report of damage/shortage/excess of saleable/non sale goods. Internal audit of all Inwards and Outwards transaction, Stock transfer. Defective materials management & ensure return to the vendor Timely GRNs of materials in with proper purchase order. Ensuring all safety and security procedures and protocols in warehouse.
