I love helping aspiring UX designers optimize their portfolios and presentations for success by employing product design best practices—user empathy, behavioral psychology and simple, engaging content.SVC has been a vibrant hub for the Seattle design community since the 70s, I\'ve been a student there myself and it\'s been an honor to work with the welcoming, creative and passionate people there. I recently taught the Portfolio Lab, the final course in the UX Certificate Program.
