End to end handling of strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations and manufacturing operation up tocommercialization from Contract Manufacturing Sites. Scouting of new Contract Manufacturing Sites and their development as alternate sourcing site for finished formulations. Evaluation of contract manufacturing sites, coordination for Production, Technical, Quality and Commercial aspects with contract manufacturing sites Managing the new product launching and entire process monitoring Troubleshooting during production and machine operation.
