My time at Getinz spans almost two years, of which 1.5 years tenure as a Junior Talent Acquisition and It has been seven months since I started working as an Associate Technical Recruiter at India\'s top executive search firm honed my teamwork abilities and reinforced my commitment to excellence in talent management. With a B.A in English from Fatima College, my educational background complements my professional experiences, enabling me to contribute effectively to our recruitment strategies and organizational goals. Prior to this, Having expertise handling a variety of clientele with a range of needs, including IT and Non - IT. During my career, I have been awarded the Budding Star Award for my ability to consistently deliver tangible results within the first three months of my employment at my organization. These closures greatly contributed to the development of the organization. Currently, I commenced my career in August\'24 at EpitronX. My job is critical in driving the company\'s recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of top talent to satisfy organizational requirements. My responsibilities span the entire recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to successfully onboarding freshly hired employees.
