Taking care of nonimmigrant petitions like H-1B Cap, Amendment, Extensions, Transfer, change of status, TN, dependents permit like H-4, Extensions, transfers, and responding to RFEs within timelines. L-1A/B blanket in house preparation and consular filing, L-1 Individual (USCIS filing), L-1 Extensions, managing RFE’s. Filing LCA\'s as per the DOL regulations along with LCA posting notices, maintaining, coordinating, and auditing PAF files, and recommending I-9 verification cases. Update and upload necessary documents in the immigration portal, maintain and track I-94, visa validity, max out cases, and expense/ invoices reports. Initiate brief and handle all consular appointments/ submissions for the USA, Canada, and the Rest of the world (ROW). Assist employees in the stamping process by preparing documents, and briefingthe consultants on the visa stamping process. Taking care of Canada ICT worker and manager category, open work, study, and dependents permits and extensions Filing the US Non-work permits (EMEA/APAC) Experienced in filing Mexico work permits. Adhering to immigration policies, personal data consent, and information security policies.
