   1) Work as a Level 3 Escalation engineer for the Fortiswitch product in the Escalated TAC team.(SWAT_ETAC = Switching and Wireless Technology Escalated Technical Assistance Center) 2) Replicate issues, run test cases in a lab environment, fix issues which are escalated, file bugs, and provide best practices for large deployments. This includes reviewing and recommending new products/configurations, to network design, maintenance and replacement of product and technology 3) Support large network deployments and perform network troubleshooting in following areas: Wireless APs and Controllers, Network analytics, Firewall, Network security, and Switching. 4) Utilize packet level knowledge of the Internet to ensure customer network is secure and well-configured. 5) Troubleshoot IPSec VPN tunnels between FortiGates and ensure network traffic can traverse VPN tunnel. If not, run debugs and take corrective action so that the user does not face any traffic outage 6) Check configuration of Fortinet devices for proper network configurations, including network interfaces, IP addressing, static routes, and routing protocol configurations. 7) Utilize logs and analysis to ensure optimal performance for Fortinet Products with high value in the market. 8) Recommend changes in configuration based on analysis of debug output and packet trace – Routing (missing a route), IPv4 Policies (allowing required IPv4 addresses, ports and services), or any other misconfiguration which is hindering normal working of the unit. 9) Provide engineering and development support to the entire Fortinet product line: FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiController
