Carry out regular preventative maintenance on the equipment used to manufacture solar panels at the plant, attend breakdowns, and maintain an inventory of maintenance spares. Utilize past data and compare it to current plans to calculate the number of spares currently needed to maintain maximum uptime at the lowest possible cost.• Attend MOM meetings and discuss about common production-related challenges. Try to find a solution to the ongoing problem by understanding the breakdown\'s root cause. By comprehending the present production needs, process optimization and machine modification were carried out. Increase productivity by implementing new kaizens in the plant to cut costs, spare parts, human efforts.Have solid working skills with different TS, Flasher, auto/manual framing, EL, laminator, etc. makes. Also, I have experience modifying and upgrading EL and framing-type equipment for larger cell size modules.• Use SAP PM module for break down records. Create MIS,MTTR,MTBF reports every month. Maintaining ISO 9001: QMS documentation work-related maintenance division. This position also includes responsibility for technical documentation, planning, and budgeting for new development projects. Also make annual budget for the department.• Develop monthly PM schedule of machines, department shift schedules and allocate different duties to team.
