I am currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I have previously worked as a Customer Success Manager at Scrut Automation (Bengaluru) and have close to two years of experience in the Customer Success Domain. I was responsible for maintaining the customer relationship as well as expansion. Prior to this, I gained hands-on experience with Azure and Big Data technologies while working at Capgemini. I am a B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) Graduate from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. I worked as a member of the Placement Committee and also took up the role of event coordinator for various cultural festivals. Combining my passion for products with strong customer empathy, I advocate for user needs. I excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that truly solve customer problems.
