I’m a financial risk and analytics consultant focused on implementing and modernizing financial risk data systems, with a strong emphasis on Python, SQL, and ETL pipeline development.I didn\'t start my career in finance or analytics. I started in a biochemistry lab, then as a medical assistant, trying to figure out how to solve problems that affected a lot of people at once. What kept me coming back was not the diagnosis, but the patterns behind it. That realization led me to analytics, and eventually to financial risk consulting, where I\'ve spent the last three years helping banks implement and modernize the systems they rely on for risk management and regulatory reporting. In practice that means migrating legacy SAS pipelines to Python, building automated data workflows, re-engineering credit risk models including PD, LGD, and EAD, and making sure the technical work actually lands with the people who need to use it. The part I enjoy most: sitting at the intersection of the technical and the human side of a project. I can write the code and I can run the meeting. I\'ve coordinated onshore and offshore teams, translated requirements between business stakeholders and engineers, and taken ownership of delivery in environments where accuracy and accountability matter. My background is in financial risk, but what drives me is the problem solving and the delivery of making complex systems work in the real world and communicating clearly about them to whoever needs to know. I\'m always interested in connecting with people working on hard problems at the intersection of data, risk, and delivery. When I\'m not working, you can find me hiking, trying new restaurants, or playing basketball with friends.
