My key roles include: • Designed and set up the surveillance room to meet international standards. • Supervised the installation and configuration of over 300+ CCTV cameras across the property. • Recruited, trained, and built a high-performing surveillance team of experienced professionals. • Developed the department’s SOPs, training manuals, and card management systems. • Ensured compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and security protocols. • Led investigations, monitored gaming operations, and worked closely with other departments to ensure game integrity and patron safety. • Collaborated with technical teams for system integration and troubleshooting. • Played a key role in preopening planning, risk assessment, and operational readiness.My goal is to uphold the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and vigilance to protect both the casino and its guests.
